Singer/Songwriter Hannah Portia is proud to present the release of her debut EP “1997”.
1997 will consist of 2 tracks including “1997” and “Dearie Me”. Both songs are indie pop.

Dearie Me is about a bad breakup Portia went through in 2021. It consists of an acoustic guitar and vocals. It only has 4 chords in it.

1997 is about Portia’s friend who faced the predicament of being in love with someone you didn’t mean to fall in love with. The song brings you through the conversations with the people involved and the events of what happened during this time. It has guitar, vocals, bass and drums.

1997 is available to stream on Bandcamp right now.

I’d also like to thank Holly Craig for contributing to vocals, Cameron Black for the drums, Euan Wilson and Jamie Hamilton for guitar, and Benjamin James Smith for bass. :)
